Happy Tiers Custom Cakes is license owned and operated by Charity Reglin in Ellsworth, WI.  I operate out of a separate commercial kitchen in my home and provide custom cakes for all types of occasions; which includes, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, baby and wedding showers.
